## About the house

The open-plan living area has coastal-inspired furnishings, a Smart TV and floor-to-ceiling sliders opening toward the covered lanai. A separate dining area overlooks the garden. The kitchen includes Bordeaux Dream granite counters, wood cabinetry, GE Pro appliances, a wine fridge and an island with bar seating. Appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, freezer, kettle, blender and toaster oven.

The private backyard has an infinity-edge pool and spa, shaded and sunny seating, an outdoor dining table for eight and a built-in grill. Community pool and hot-tub access are also offered. Beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, an outdoor shower and beach gear are available; beach-equipment rentals carry an additional charge.

The primary suite has ocean and garden views, a private lanai, and an ensuite with a soaking tub, walk-in shower and dual vanities. Guest Bedroom 2 has mountain views and a shared bathroom; Guest Bedroom 3 has garden views and an ensuite. Additional sleeping spaces are in the office and upstairs living room. The three bedrooms have central air conditioning and ceiling fans. A washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi and private garage parking are provided.

Guests can use seven tennis courts, five lighted, and 20 pickleball courts, eight lighted, for additional fees. Membership options are available for extended access.

A car is recommended. Kona Country Club’s Makai Golf Course and Holua Kai’s racquet facilities are within walking distance. Keauhou Bay, Kahaluʻu Beach Park and Kona’s shops, dining and historic sites are a short drive away. The home has two stories. Electric-vehicle charging is not available.

Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. Tennis and pickleball access carries additional fees; membership options are available. An update effective September 15 changes non-member Open Play from $10 to $15 per person per session. Open Play punch cards cost $90 for seven punches or $120 for ten punches and cannot be used for reservations. Saturday Round Robin pickleball requires registration by Friday at 7 PM through Big Island Rogue Pickleball Hui. Racquet-facility guests use QR-code sign-in. Beach-equipment rentals carry an additional charge.
