The home sits in a gated, pedestrian-friendly community and has ocean and golf course views from multiple rooms and lanais. The open-plan living area has plush seating, a smart TV, wood floors and ceiling fans. A dining table seats eight, and the kitchen’s island breakfast bar seats four. The kitchen includes granite counters, stainless appliances, a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, coffee-making equipment and a wine fridge.

A 534-square-foot covered lanai provides outdoor dining and lounging beside the private saltwater pool and spa. There is a private yard, BBQ and landscaped grounds. Guests also have access to a community pool and hot tub. Tennis and pickleball are available for an additional fee.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite with soaking tub, walk-in shower and dual vanities, ocean and golf course views, and lanai access. Guest Bedroom 2 has an ensuite and golf course view. Guest Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and ensuite. The office has a sofa bed, French doors and workspace; the upstairs living room has two twin beds.

Central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, Ethernet, a washer/dryer, free parking, beach towels and beach gear are available. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge. Keauhou Bay is within walking distance; White Sands Beach, Kua Bay and Keauhou Shopping Center are a short drive away.

Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. Long-term stays are allowed. Tennis and pickleball require additional fees. Saturday play requires registration by Friday at 7 PM through Big Island Rogue Pickleball Hui. An Open Play update effective September 15 sets non-member drop-in sessions at USD15 per person per session. Optional Open Play punch cards cost USD90 for seven punches or USD120 for ten punches and cannot be used for court reservations. QR-code sign-in is required. Extended-stay membership options are available through Holua Kai’s shop. Beach equipment rentals carry an additional charge.
