Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Up to one dog requires final approval; submit animal details by text message or email when booking. Non-refundable pet charges are $150 per animal for cleaning and $50/night per animal for pet rental. A credit-card preauthorization of $2,800.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home. Shipping to the local office address is available on request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items. Reservations are confirmed after electronic signing of the Terms and Conditions. Half of the total is due at booking and the balance 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before 110 days prior to arrival returns the initial payment less one night's rent plus taxes and the service fee; cancellation after full payment is non-refundable. Rental periods of 30 nights or more are non-refundable. For reservations exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and payment. Stays exceeding 30 nights require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team. Check-in begins at 16:00 MST and checkout is at 10:00 MST. Early check-in or late checkout requires authorization by text message from the Park City InvitedHome team and depends on availability.

Getting there

A maximum of two cars is permitted. Complimentary winter Canyons Village Connect transportation serves nearby ski lifts, dining and entertainment.
