House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Dangerous animals are not accepted. A refundable €800 security deposit is required per booking. The hoomy concierge service fee is 10% of the booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Linen is optional; ordered linen is provided at arrival for the duration of the stay with no replacement. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide arrival time and arrange key collection. Low-season arrival and departure times are flexible by arrangement with the agency.

The house has no dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket; do not use domestic sockets, and use a dedicated charging point.
