Listing description
The wooden house accommodates six guests in three bedrooms: two with a double bed each and one with two single beds. There is a kitchen/living room and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, hot and cold water, and underfloor heating. Built in 1970 and refurbished in 2015, the house is insulated for year-round use and has electric heating, a heat pump and a woodburning stove.
The kitchen has a four-hob electric cooker, refrigerator, cooker hood, 40-litre freezer, coffee brewer and dishwasher. Other facilities include a sauna, Wi-Fi, one television with German cable channels and DK-DR1/TV2, a washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner and smoke alarm.
The 1,347 m² dune plot has an open terrace and a screened patio, garden furniture and a barbecue. Children have swings, a climbing tower and a sandbox. Four free parking spaces are available on site. No cots, high chairs or sun loungers are provided.
