The house

This wooden holiday home accommodates three guests, with a double bed in the bedroom and a single bed on the mezzanine. There is a kitchen/living room, a bathroom with hot and cold water and a shower, and a separate biological toilet. A shower cabin is outside the house.

The kitchen has hot and cold water, an electric cooker, refrigerator, cooker hood, 60-litre freezer, coffee brewer and microwave. Other equipment includes a TV, DVD player, radio, CD player and vacuum cleaner. Built in 2006, the house has year-round insulation and electric heating.

The 200 m² natural plot includes an open terrace, garden furniture, two sun loungers, a barbecue and an outdoor fish-cleaning area. Two parking spaces are available free of charge. A limited number of boats are available to rent.

The sea/sandy beach and fishing opportunities are 1 m away. A summer restaurant and miniature golf are in the surrounding area; the nearest restaurant is 500 m away. Shopping is 19 km away, Västervik is 29 km away, and a golf course is 35 km away. Lysingsbadet in Västervik has a water slide, and Vimmerby is 60 km away. The nearest neighbouring habitation is 450 m away.

The house is unsuitable for small children. No cots or high chairs are provided. Smoking and pets are not permitted, and guests carry out final cleaning.
