## About the house

The wooden holiday home has two bedrooms, a kitchen/living room and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. One bedroom has a double bed with two sleeping places; the other has single beds with two sleeping places. The kitchen has hot and cold water, an electric cooker, refrigerator, cooker hood, 60-litre freezer and coffee brewer.

Built in 1977 and refurbished in 2020, the house is insulated for year-round use and has electric heating, a heat pump and a woodburning stove. Facilities include wireless internet, one television with German and Scandinavian cable channels and DK-DR1/TV2, a radio and vacuum cleaner.

The 370 m² natural plot is fenced and has an open terrace, garden furniture, two sun loungers and a barbecue. Free on-site parking is available for one vehicle.

Varbjerg Strand lies between Bogense and Middelfart, in an area of beach, woodland and fields with a small marina. The coast offers surfing, and there is an ice-cream parlour at the beach. The sandy beach and fishing opportunities are 100 m away. Shopping is 4 km away, the nearest restaurant is 11 km away, Middelfart is 16 km away and a golf course is 18 km away.
