Built in 1950 and refurbished in 2018, the house combines traditional stone walls with colorful furnishings. A courtyard provides places to relax, read and rest, and the 80 m² natural site has a fenced garden.
The sleeping arrangement comprises a double bed in bedroom 1, a single bed in bedroom 2 and a double bed in the kitchen/living room. There are two bathrooms with showers and a separate toilet with hot and cold water.
The kitchen has hot and cold water, a two-hob electric cooker, an oven, a 20-litre freezer box, a coffee brewer and a dishwasher. Facilities include Wi-Fi, one television with satellite reception, two air-conditioning units, electric heating and a woodburning stove. The house is insulated for year-round use.
