The 250 m² stone villa accommodates up to 10 guests in four bedrooms and a kitchen/living room with sleeping space for two. Two bedrooms have double-bed accommodation for two each, and two have single-bed accommodation for two each. Three bathrooms each have a shower and toilet with hot and cold water. Built in 2016, the house has modern furnishings, year-round insulation, electric heating, five hot/cold air-conditioning units and an intelligent energy system.
The kitchen has hot and cold water, an electric cooker, refrigerator, cooker hood, 90-litre freezer, coffee brewer, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine, wireless internet, satellite TV, PlayStation 3 and safe deposit box are available. There is one cot and one high chair.
The fenced 650 m² natural site includes a 25 m² private outdoor swimming pool open from May through the end of September, a sauna, four covered terraces, garden furniture, eight sun loungers and a brick barbecue. Recreation facilities include table tennis, darts, a swing, slide, badminton net and racket, volleyball net and two football goals. Free on-site parking accommodates four vehicles.
Muline lies in a quiet bay on the western side of Ugljan island. A stone/pebble beach is 250 m away, shops are 650 m away and the nearest restaurant is 600 m away. Zadar is 17 km away and ZAD airport is 27 km away. A free boat berth accommodates boats up to 9 m long. Diving courses, fishing and boat rental can be arranged in consultation with the owner for an additional fee.
