The house

The home has a bright, modern interior with a spacious living area, a kitchen and three bedrooms, each with a double bed for two people. One bathroom has a bathtub; the second has a shower and toilet. There is also a separate toilet. Built in 2011 in concrete, the home has year-round insulation, electric heating and two hot/cold air-conditioning units.

The kitchen has hot and cold water, an electric cooker, refrigerator, cooker hood, 120-litre freezer, coffee brewer, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine, vacuum cleaner, cable TV and DVD player are available, along with wireless internet. There is one cot and one high chair.

Outside, the 1,000 m² garden has garden furniture, six sun loungers, a barbecue, table tennis and open and covered terrace areas. The private heated outdoor pool measures 30 m² and is open from mid-May to mid-October. There are three free on-site parking spaces and an electric-car charging station; car charging is not included. Consumption costs are included.

The Museum of Gueules Rouges is 1 km away, the ruins of Château de Valbelle are 2 km away and the Basilica of Saint Maximin is 7 km away. Brignoles is 14 km away. Nearby outings include Château Lafoux, Château de l’Escarelle and walks in the Gorges du Caramy; a go-kart track is 10 km away.
