## About the house

This stone-built holiday home accommodates eight guests. Built in 1959 and refurbished in 2021, it has individually designed rooms, a living room with practical furnishings and a Norwegian wood-burning stove, an activity room and two TVs. The living room opens onto an open terrace for outdoor meals. The private 2,000 m² garden has garden furniture and a barbecue.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have double-bed sleeping space for two; bedroom 3 has single-bed sleeping space for one. Bedroom 4 offers a sofa bed, mattress or similar for one person, and bedroom 5 offers a sofa bed, mattress or similar for two. There is a bathroom with a shower, toilet and hot and cold water, plus a separate toilet with hot and cold water.

The kitchen has hot and cold water, an electric cooker, refrigerator, cooker hood, 220-litre deep freezer, coffee brewer, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine and vacuum cleaner are available. The house is insulated for year-round use and has electric heating, a heat pump and air conditioning. Firewood can be purchased. There is an outdoor fish-cleaning place.

Shopping and the nearest restaurant are 500 m away; a padel court and fitness centre are 400 m away. Fishing opportunities are 6,700 m away and a lake is 7,000 m away. Nearby outings include Älmeboda church ruins, Korrö nature reserve beside the Ronnebyån and the medieval village of Korrö Hantverksby, where canoe trips can be taken from Hantverksbod.

No cots or high chairs are provided. A fishing licence is mandatory for fishing and costs 250 SEK per person per week. Firewood can be purchased.
