The house

The renovated house has a bright living room with stained-glass windows, a fireplace, a large flat-screen Smart TV, a seating area and a dining table for eight. A connecting door leads to the kitchen, and double doors open onto the terrace. The kitchen has a separate table and seating area, four electric hobs and an oven, a refrigerator, a 15-litre freezer box, a microwave and a dishwasher. The ground floor also has a double entrance hall and a guest WC.

The first floor has three bedrooms, each with a 180 × 200 cm double bed and individual duvets; one of these bedrooms has a washbasin. Two bathrooms are on this floor: one with a shower and washbasin, and another with a bath, washbasin, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a separate toilet with a bidet function. The next floor has two single bedrooms, each with its own washbasin.

The 690 m² dune garden is fenced and has rose hips, garden furniture, two beach chairs, six sun loungers, a swing and an open terrace. Views extend over the village, the Friedenskirche, the dunes and the water. The house has a sauna, central heating, free Wi-Fi throughout, cable TV, a DVD player and a Hi-Fi/CD system. One high chair and one cot are available. Free on-site garage parking accommodates three vehicles.
