## About the house

The wooden holiday home was built in 2000 and has three bedrooms, a kitchen/living room, a mezzanine and one bathroom with a toilet, shower, and hot and cold water. Two bedrooms each have double-bed sleeping space for two; the third has single-bed sleeping spaces for two. The mezzanine has mattress sleeping spaces for two. Sleeping provision is designated for six adults and two children. Two high chairs and one cot are available.

The kitchen has hot and cold water, an electric cooker, refrigerator, cooker hood, 50-litre freezer, coffee brewer, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided. Indoor facilities include a sauna, a two-person whirlpool bath, Wi-Fi, one television with German satellite channels and DK-DR1/TV2, a DVD player and a hi-fi/CD system. The house is insulated for year-round use and has electric heating, a heat pump, bathroom underfloor heating and a woodburning stove.

The 800 m² natural plot has an open terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, swing and sandpit. There are two free on-site parking spaces and an electric-car charging station; car charging is not included.

A sandy beach is 100 m away. Shopping, the nearest restaurant, marked hiking trails, a marked cycling trail and an off-property swimming pool are each 500 m away. A tennis court is nearby. Øster Hurup harbour offers fishing and an ice cream kiosk. Nearby excursion destinations include Vildmose, Hadsund with its shops and pedestrian zone, and Mariager with its harbour salt centre, cobbled streets and half-timbered houses. The salt centre offers bathing in 37 °C water.
