The house

The wooden cottage was built in 2009 and has three bedrooms, one bathroom and a combined kitchen/living room with a wood-burning stove. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, two-person whirlpool bath, sauna and underfloor heating.

The kitchen has hot and cold water, an electric cooker, refrigerator, cooker hood, 100-litre freezer, microwave, coffee brewer and dishwasher. A washing machine and vacuum cleaner are available. Entertainment includes one TV, DK-DR1, a hi-fi/CD system and wireless internet. The house is insulated for year-round use and has electric heating, a heat pump and hot/cold air conditioning.

The 1,280 m² natural plot has a covered terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and sandpit. A changing table, one high chair and one cot are provided. Hiking is available in the surrounding area, and a cycle path leads to Ringkøbing. Stavning Havn is nearby, and Hvide Sande can be visited by car.
