The house

This furnished 110 m² holiday home accommodates nine guests in three bedrooms and additional living-room sleeping space. Two bedrooms each have a double bed; the third has a single bed and a bunk bed. The living room offers a sofa bed, mattress or similar sleeping arrangement for two. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and toilet and the other with a bathtub, plus a separate toilet. The concrete-built house dates from 2002 and was refurbished in 2022.

The kitchen has hot and cold water, a three-hob induction cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator, extra refrigerator, 40-litre freezer compartment, cooker hood, coffee percolator and dishwasher. Facilities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, electric heating, a heat pump, year-round insulation, one TV, a washing machine, tumble dryer and vacuum cleaner. A smoke alarm is provided.

Outside are a private fenced garden, a covered terrace, garden furniture, three sun loungers, a gas plancha/barbecue and an outdoor shower. The private 32 m² outdoor pool opens from April through the end of September and has a child safety lock. Games and children's toys, one high chair and one cot are available. Free on-site parking accommodates three vehicles.

The house is in a quiet area, with shopping 700 m away and the nearest restaurant 500 m away. Uzès is 6 km away, FNI airport is 45 km away, and the sea/sandy beach is 20 km away. The nearest neighbouring habitation is 10 m away.
