The house

The house accommodates 10 guests in five bedrooms, each with a double bed for two. Two bathrooms each have a shower, toilet and hot and cold water. The kitchen/living room has panoramic windows overlooking the fjord and surrounding area, a spacious sofa and a wood-burning stove. The house has brick and wooden floors.

The kitchen includes an electric cooker, refrigerator, cooker hood, 160-litre freezer, coffee brewer, microwave and dishwasher. There is also an outdoor kitchen, barbecue, outdoor shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. Indoor facilities include a sauna, a two-person whirlpool bath/hot tub, three televisions, German satellite channels, DK-DR1/TV2, a Hi-Fi/CD system and a DVD player. One cot and one high chair are available.

Built in 2008 with wooden construction, the house is insulated for year-round use and has electric heating, a heat pump and some underfloor heating. The open 1,300 m² natural plot is surrounded by trees and has garden furniture, six sun loungers and open and covered terraces, including a large first-floor terrace. A free on-site carport accommodates one vehicle, and an electric-car charging station is available.

The sandy beach and Ringkøbing Fjord are around 100 m away, with opportunities for swimming, windsurfing, kitesurfing, kayaking and fishing. The property is near/on a campsite. Communal facilities at a campsite in Skaven, including an outdoor pool, mini-golf, a pool table and table tennis, can be used for a fee, subject to availability. These are off-property facilities. Shopping is 1,100 m away, the nearest restaurant is 900 m away and Tarm is 6 km away.
