The house

The wooden house was built in 1920 and refurbished in 1990. It has two bedrooms, a kitchen/diner and a living room with a fireplace. Bedroom 1 has a double bed for two, and bedroom 2 has two single beds. The bathroom is in Annex 1 and has a toilet, hot and cold water, and a shower. The house has low ceilings, partial insulation, electric heating and a heat pump.

The kitchen includes hot and cold water, an electric cooker, refrigerator, 30-litre freezer, coffee brewer and microwave. A washing machine and vacuum cleaner are available. Entertainment includes one television, cable TV with Scandinavian channels, Chromecast and Apple TV, plus wireless internet. One high chair is available; there are no cots.

Outside, the open 2,500 m² grounds are shared. There are open and covered terrace areas, garden furniture, a barbecue and two free on-site parking spaces, with views over the surrounding landscape.

Lake Skagern and fishing opportunities are 300 m away. Marked hiking and mountain-bike trails of 5–10 km are 500 m away. Nearby outings include Sjöstad and its locks, Tiveden National Park, Mariestad and Kristinehamn. Consumption costs are included.
