The house

The home has a conservatory, an open, spacious living room with a large sofa, and a kitchen. Three bedrooms each have a double bed with two sleeping places; the fourth has a bunk bed with two sleeping places. Both bathrooms have a toilet and shower, with hot and cold water. Built in 2000 and refurbished in 2023, the concrete house is insulated for year-round use.

The kitchen includes four electric hobs, an oven, refrigerator, cooker hood, 29-litre freezer compartment, coffee brewer, microwave and dishwasher. Other facilities include air conditioning, wireless internet, one TV, a washing machine, tumble dryer and vacuum cleaner. One high chair is provided; no cots are provided.

Outside are fenced grounds, garden furniture, a gas barbecue and a large open wooden terrace. The sea views extend from Les Embiez to the port of Sanary, with views of the fort of Six Fours and the spire of Notre Dame du Mai. The private outdoor pool opens from mid-May to the end of September. There are no sun loungers. Free on-site garage parking accommodates three vehicles.

The sea and sandy beach are 3.8 km away, shopping is 1.2 km away and the nearest restaurant is 1 km away. Toulon is 11 km away and TLN airport is 31.8 km away. The nearby forest of Janas, on Chemin des Barelles in the southeast of the Cap Sicié massif, offers hiking. Six Fours has a Saturday-morning market. Access to the Notre Dame du Mai tower is subject to the fire safety plan.

The house is non-smoking, accepts one pet and is not rented to youth groups. Consumption costs are included.
