## About the house

The wooden villa was built in 1984 and refurbished in 2019. It has four bedrooms, two living rooms, a kitchen and two bathrooms. One bedroom is a passage room. Bedroom 1 has a bunk bed with two sleeping places; bedroom 2 has a double bed with two sleeping places; bedrooms 3 and 4 each have a single bed. Both bathrooms have a toilet, hot and cold water and a shower; bathroom 2 also has a bathtub with a shower over it.

The kitchen includes an electric cooker, refrigerator, cooker hood, 160-litre freezer, coffee brewer, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, television and radio are available. The house is insulated for year-round use and has geothermal heating, solar energy and solar panels.

Outside are garden furniture, a barbecue, two sun loungers, a swing, sandpit, pull cart, outdoor toys and games, a balcony and terrace, and a heated conservatory. One high chair and one cot are available. There is an outdoor fish-cleaning area. A neighboring chicken farm can be visited during certain periods, and a harvest festival and other events take place throughout the year.

Vänern beach and lake fishing opportunities are 3.5 km away. Säffle, shopping and the nearest restaurant are 18 km away, as are golf, tennis, bicycle rental and a marked trail of 5–10 km. The Lurö archipelago, popular for paddling, is reached from Ekenäs, 40 km away.
