## About the house

The wooden house has two bedrooms, each with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a kitchen, a dining room and a living room. Built in 1976 and refurbished in 2004, it has year-round insulation, electric heating and a fireplace. Entertainment facilities include one TV and a hi-fi/CD player. A vacuum cleaner, one cot and one high chair are available.

The kitchen has hot and cold water, an electric cooker, refrigerator, cooker hood, 20-litre freezer compartment, coffee brewer and microwave. Wi-Fi is available, and cable internet carries an additional charge.

The 850 m² natural garden plot has garden furniture, a barbecue and four sun loungers. Outdoor spaces include a terrace, a covered terrace and a glazed terrace. Free on-site parking accommodates three vehicles.

The sea and sandy beach are 200 m away. The nearby marina offers archipelago trips, including services from Ronneby marina to Aspan, Karön and Halvön. Horse riding is 2 km away, a golf course is 3 km away, and fishing opportunities are 200 m away. Shops, the nearest restaurant and Ronneby are 4 km away. Airport KLR is 100 km away, and the nearest neighbouring habitation is 60 m away.

The house is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Guests carry out final cleaning. Bed linen is not available to rent, and towels are not provided. One child up to four years old can stay free of charge.
