The house

The 203 m² villa accommodates 12 guests and is fully air-conditioned. Its bright, spacious interior includes an open-plan kitchen/diner and a living room. Three bedrooms each have a double bed, and two bedrooms each have three single beds. Four bedrooms have outside entrances. There are three bathrooms: two with showers and one with a shower and bathtub, plus a separate toilet.

The kitchen has hot and cold water, a four-hob induction cooker, oven, refrigerator, extra refrigerator, cooker hood, 15-litre freezer box, microwave, coffee percolator and dishwasher. A washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner and hairdryer are provided. Entertainment includes four televisions, satellite TV, Netflix, Chromecast, table football and roulette; there is also a treadmill.

The 1,500 m² private garden has garden furniture, eight sun loungers, covered and open terraces, and an electric barbecue. The private 32 m² outdoor infinity pool is heated and open from April through the end of September, with a pool drowning alarm. An indoor/outdoor hot tub is listed for eight people. Outdoor activities include table tennis and a pétanque court with balls.

Free on-site parking accommodates five vehicles. Wi-Fi, a heat pump, year-round insulation and a smoke alarm are provided. There are two cots and one high chair. The house was built and refurbished in 2009.
