The stone holiday home accommodates four guests across two bedrooms, each with a double bed. There are two bathrooms with showers and toilets, an additional toilet, and a kitchen/living room. Built in 2007 and refurbished in 2019, the home has year-round insulation, electric heating and two hot/cold air-conditioning units.
The kitchen has hot and cold water, a gas/electric cooker, refrigerator, cooker hood, 30-litre freezer, coffee brewer, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine, wireless internet, two televisions with satellite reception and a safe deposit box are available. One cot and one high chair are provided.
The fenced 1,000 m² natural plot includes a private 32 m² outdoor pool, two covered terraces, garden furniture, four sun loungers, an outdoor kitchen and barbecue. Outdoor play equipment includes a swing, playhouse, slide, trampoline, badminton net and two football goals. There are three free on-site parking spaces.
