The house

The holiday home has three bedrooms, each with a double bed for two, and two bathrooms with toilets and showers. The living room has a seating area, a dining table and balcony doors that bring in natural light. A separate kitchen/diner provides hot and cold water, gas cooking plates and an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave and a coffee brewer.

Outdoor space includes a balcony, terrace and a private fenced 100 m² natural garden with garden furniture. Facilities include Wi-Fi, one television with cable channels, a washing machine and a hairdryer. Hot/cold air conditioning and electric heating are available; the building is partly insulated. The concrete building was built and refurbished in 2025.

Porto Empedocle offers a harbour promenade and access to Sicily’s southern coast. Scala dei Turchi is nearby, and the Valley of the Temples is in Agrigento. Shops are 500 m away and the nearest restaurant is 600 m away.
