The house

The apartment accommodates two guests in one bedroom with a double bed and has one bathroom. The bright living area has exposed wooden beams, sofas and satellite television. The kitchen/diner has hot and cold water, a four-hob electric cooker with oven, a microwave and a coffee maker. A small covered seating area sits beside the kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet described as having cold water; a hairdryer is provided.

Outside, the secluded garden plot has palms, cypresses, countryside views, garden furniture and a hammock. A partly covered terrace provides a shaded dining table, and there is a leafy veranda. The shared 60 m² outdoor pool opens from mid-May through the end of September. The outdoor area includes sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. The houseowner lives on site.

Breakfast and consumption costs are included. The stone-built home dates from 2001, was refurbished in 2025 and is insulated for year-round use. Air conditioning, wireless internet and two free on-site parking spaces are available.
