The house

The stone-built home has three bedrooms, a kitchen/living room, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a separate toilet. Bedroom 1 has double-bed sleeping accommodation for two. Bedroom 2 has double-bed sleeping accommodation for two plus a sofa bed, mattress or similar for two. Bedroom 3 has single-bed sleeping accommodation for two. One cot and one high chair are provided. Built in 2015 and refurbished in 2025, the home is insulated for year-round stays and has electric heating and a fireplace with free firewood.

The kitchen has hot and cold water, an electric cooker, refrigerator, cooker hood, 120-litre freezer, coffee brewer, microwave and dishwasher. Other facilities include a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, Wi-Fi, a television with satellite channels, and a radio/CD player.

The fenced, shared 2,000 m² site also contains holiday home PPO445. Outdoor facilities include a covered terrace, garden furniture, a barbecue and two free on-site parking spaces. Play equipment includes a swing, sandpit, playhouse, seesaw, slide, trampoline and outdoor toys, along with a badminton net and football goal. The shared outdoor swimming pool measures 11 m² and opens from mid-June to the end of August.

A lake and fishing opportunities are 250 m away, and the sea/sandy beach is 4 km away. Shopping is 2 km away, the nearest restaurant is 5 km away, and Koszalin and a water park are each 10 km away.
