The house

The 179 m² stone holiday home has three separate living areas, two on the ground floor and one upstairs, accessed via external staircases. Furnished living spaces include sofas and televisions, with an open-plan kitchen for preparing meals. Four bedrooms offer double-bed sleeping for two each, and the fifth offers single-bed sleeping for two. A kitchen/living room and a living room each provide one additional sleeping space on a sofa bed, mattress or similar. There are five bathrooms, one with a bathtub and four with showers, plus a separate toilet.

The fenced 800 m² natural site has palm trees, olive trees and Mediterranean greenery. Six terraces include covered, open and partly covered spaces. Outdoor facilities include garden furniture, 12 sun loungers, a covered dining area, barbecue, outdoor kitchen and outdoor fireplace. The separate pool house opens directly onto the pool area through patio doors. The private 32 m² outdoor pool opens from May to the end of September. A sauna and five-person outdoor whirlpool bath provide additional relaxation facilities; the whirlpool has a sea view. Table tennis and darts are available.

The kitchen equipment includes a gas/electric cooker, refrigerator, cooker hood, 50-litre freezer, coffee brewer, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine, wireless internet, three televisions, satellite reception, Smart TV and a DVD player are available. The home has four hot/cold air-conditioning units and all-year insulation. One high chair and one cot are provided. The house was built in 1973 and refurbished in 2014.

The property is in the first row from the water, 10 m from a concrete/plateau beach and 50 m from a rocky coast swimming spot. Shopping and the nearest restaurant are each 100 m away, as is a marked trail at least 10 km long. Zadar is 20 km away and ZAD airport is 30 km away. Pašman offers walking and swimming coves, and a bridge connects it with neighbouring Ugljan.
