## About the house

The home accommodates eight guests in four bedrooms, each with a double bed. There are two bathrooms: one with a shower and bathtub, and one with a shower. The elevated entrance level is reached by stairs and contains a living area with kitchen, dining room and a bedroom. The stone-built home dates from 2012, was refurbished in 2017 and is insulated for year-round use.

The kitchen has hot and cold water, an electric cooker, refrigerator, cooker hood, 50-litre freezer, coffee brewer, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine, full air conditioning, wireless internet and two televisions with satellite reception are available. One cot is provided.

The 400 m² natural garden site is open and includes a lounge area, garden furniture, a barbecue and six sun loungers. There are two open terraces and four balconies, with panoramic views of the sea, Kvarner Bay, Rijeka and Opatija. The private 32 m² outdoor pool is heated and opens from May through the end of September. Darts and table football are available in the basement, and table tennis is also available.

A stone/pebble beach is 990 m away. Shops and the nearest restaurant are 500 m away, marked hiking trails are 500 m away, and Opatija is 6 km away. RJK airport is 35 km away. Free on-site parking accommodates four vehicles.
