## About the house

This 60 m² wooden holiday home occupies two floors and accommodates seven guests in three bedrooms, with one bathroom. Built in 1982 and refurbished in 2017, it has a ground-floor living area, an open-plan kitchen/living room, one TV, electric heating and a Norwegian wood-burning stove. The house is insulated for year-round use; firewood can be purchased.

The kitchen has hot and cold water, a four-ring electric hob and oven, refrigerator, cooker hood, 15-litre freezer compartment, coffee brewer, microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom has a toilet, hot and cold water and a shower. Two bedrooms have single-bed sleeping spaces for two and three people respectively; the third has bunk-bed sleeping spaces for two.

An open waterfront terrace has garden furniture and sea and landscape views. The open shared grounds cover 3,988 m² and include a swing, playhouse, play tower, trampoline and outdoor toys. The holiday centre offers a shared sauna and a whirlpool. Shared washing and drying machines are available. No cots, high chairs or sun loungers are provided.

The property is part of a registered fishing camp, with an outdoor fish-cleaning place and year-round fishing opportunities. Marked hiking trails, fishing opportunities, a playground, boat rental, bicycle rental and the nearest restaurant are each 50 m away. Shopping is 3 km away, Sortland is 80 km away and EVE airport is 104 km away. The nearest ski lift and Lødingen Slalombakke ski area are 40 km away. Surrounding activities include deep-sea fishing, rafting, diving, killer whale safaris, mountain hikes and nature trails; a star and northern lights observatory is a winter excursion option.

This is a non-smoking house. One pet is permitted. Firewood can be purchased. No cots or high chairs are provided.
