The house

The 147 m² house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a kitchen/living room with a dining table. Each bedroom offers double-bed sleeping accommodation for two; the kitchen/living room provides a sofa bed, mattress or similar sleeping arrangement for two. Each bathroom has a toilet, hot and cold water, and a shower. Built in 2022 and refurbished in 2023, the concrete house has year-round insulation, electric heating and hot/cold air conditioning.

The kitchen includes four electric hobs, an oven, refrigerator, cooker hood, 120-litre freezer, coffee brewer, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine, wireless internet, four televisions, satellite TV, Smart TV and a hairdryer are available. There is one high chair and one cot.

The 571 m² natural garden is private and fenced, with garden furniture, six sun loungers and two covered terraces. The upper terrace overlooks the pool and offers a sea view. Outdoor facilities include a brick barbecue, an outdoor fireplace with barbecue and one outdoor shower. The private 32 m² heated outdoor pool is open from April through the end of September. Two on-site parking spaces are free.

A stone/pebble beach is 1,200 m away, shopping is 750 m away, and the nearest restaurant is 1,200 m away. Nin is 3 km away. Consumption costs are included. The house is non-smoking and does not allow pets.
