The house

The wooden holiday home accommodates eight guests and was built in 1999 and refurbished in 2024. Two bedrooms each have two single beds, and two bedrooms each have a double bed. There is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, plus a separate toilet. A living room adjoins the kitchen and dining area.

The kitchen has hot and cold water, a four-hob induction cooker, refrigerator, cooker hood, 40-litre freezer, coffee brewer, microwave and dishwasher. Other facilities include a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner, Wi-Fi, a Smart TV with German channels, indoor games and a smoke alarm. A sauna and a two-person whirlpool bath are available. The house is insulated for year-round use and has electric heating, a heat pump and bathroom underfloor heating.

The 1,055 m² natural plot includes a private garden, open and covered terrace, garden furniture, three sun loungers, a kettle barbecue and a bonfire area. A sandpit and outdoor games are available, along with one cot and one high chair. Free on-site parking accommodates three vehicles. One pet is permitted.

The sandy beach and fishing opportunities are 150 m away, and the beach is a short walk from the house. Shopping and the nearest restaurant are 750 m away; a golf course is 1.7 km away. Gilleleje is 4.5 km away and offers restaurants, cafés and shops. CPH airport is 83.4 km away. North Zealand offers coastal scenery, viewpoints towards Sweden and historic royal castles.
