The house

The stone-built home dates from 1994 and was refurbished in 2019. Accommodation includes three bedrooms: one with single beds for two people, one with a double bed for two, and a third in Annex 1 with a double bed for two. Annex 2 has a kitchen/living room with a sofa bed, mattress or similar sleeping arrangement for two. There are three bathrooms, one in the main home and one in each annex, all with a toilet, shower, and hot and cold water. An activity room and a kitchen/diner are also available.

The 750 m² private garden has garden furniture and a 4 × 8 m outdoor children's pool, also described as a paddling pool, open from June to mid-September. There are open and covered terrace areas, with sea views from the terrace and panoramic landscape views. No sun loungers are provided.

The kitchen has hot and cold water, a gas/electric cooker, refrigerator, cooker hood, 30-litre freezer, coffee brewer and dishwasher. The home has a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, one TV, wireless internet, full air conditioning, electric heating and year-round insulation. An exercise bike, exercise equipment, indoor games and bicycles are available. One high chair and one cot are provided.

A sandy beach is 200 m away, and a rocky stretch of coast for swimming is 250 m away. Shopping and fishing opportunities are 200 m away, the nearest restaurant is 400 m away, and boat and bicycle rentals are 350 m away. A marked 5–10 km cycling trail is 300 m away. Airport CIY is 40 km away, and the nearest neighbouring dwelling is 5 m away.
