The kitchen/living room provides one additional sleeping space on a sofa bed, mattress or similar. There are three bathrooms with showers and toilets, plus a separate toilet. Sleeping provision is for eight adults and one child.

The kitchen has hot and cold water, four electric hobs and an oven, a refrigerator, an 80-litre freezer, cooker hood, coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine is available. The 1,590 m² open natural plot has garden furniture, a barbecue, six sun loungers, a swing, trampoline and tennis court. Outdoor seating areas include three covered terraces, two open terraces and two balconies. The private 32 m² outdoor pool opens from June through the end of September. One high chair and one cot are available. The concrete-built house dates from 2005 and was refurbished in 2023.
