The home has four bedrooms, a kitchen/diner and a separate living room. Bedroom 1 has a double bed with two sleeping places. Bedroom 2 has a single bed and a bunk bed with two sleeping places. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have three single sleeping places. Both bathrooms have a toilet, hot and cold water and a shower; bathroom 2 also has a bathtub.
The kitchen has hot and cold water, a four-hob electric cooker, refrigerator, cooker hood, 30-litre freezer, coffee brewer, microwave and dishwasher. Facilities include a sauna, washing machine, wireless internet and one television. The house has year-round insulation and electric heating. It was built in 1961 and refurbished in 2004. Outside are an open terrace and three free on-site parking spaces.
Lake Vänern is 300 m away. The island offers hiking, cycling, boating, swimming and fishing. Boat rental is 3.2 km away; bicycle rental, a golf course and marked hiking trails are 3.5 km away. A tennis court is 20 km away. Fishing opportunities include salmon, sea trout, pike, perch and pikeperch; a fishing licence is not required.
One pet is permitted. This is a non-smoking house, and guests carry out the final cleaning. Bed linen is not available for rent, and towels are not provided. No cots or high chairs are provided.
