## About the house

The wooden holiday home was built in 2012 and has three bedrooms, each with a double bed for two, and two bathrooms with toilets, hot and cold water and showers. There is a kitchen/living room and a separate living room. Large windows overlook the garden.

The kitchen has hot and cold water, a four-hob electric cooker and oven, refrigerator, 30-litre freezer, cooker hood, coffee brewer and dishwasher. A washing machine, tumble dryer and vacuum cleaner are provided. Entertainment includes Wi-Fi, one television with German satellite channels and DK-DR1/TV2, and a radio. The house is insulated for year-round use, with electric heating, a heat pump, underfloor heating throughout and a woodburning stove.

Wellness facilities include a sauna and indoor and outdoor whirlpool baths, advertised for two persons. The secluded 890 m² natural plot has space for ball games, a sandpit, garden furniture and a gas barbecue. There are open and covered terrace areas. No cots, high chairs or sun loungers are provided.

Løkken's cafés, restaurants, shops and activities are within walking distance. Shopping and the nearest restaurant are 900 m away; a sandy beach is 650 m away. Regional activities include bowling, go-karting and paragliding from Furreby's cliffs. Along the beach are old bathing huts, and fishing boats are pulled onto the beach at the pier.
