## About the house

The simply furnished house stands on a 6,000 m² waterside site among olive groves and traditional stone walls. It has two bedrooms: one with a double bed for two and one with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and hot and cold water. A combined kitchen/living room provides a gas/electric cooker, refrigerator, 50-litre freezer, coffee brewer and dishwasher.

There are open and covered terraces, a stone table, garden furniture, a barbecue and four sun loungers. An outdoor shower is available. Indoors, facilities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, one hot/cold air-conditioning unit, a woodburning stove, satellite TV, a DVD player and a hi-fi/CD player. The house is partly insulated, was built in 1985 and refurbished in 2008. Consumption costs are included.

The stone/pebble beach is 50 m away, and the sea is a few minutes’ walk via stairs. The final approximately 100 m of the driveway is very steep. Free on-site parking provides three spaces; alternative roadside parking is approximately 50 m from the house. Shopping, the nearest restaurant and Vela Luka are 7 km away.
