No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to 21 years are not accepted. Bed linen and towels are not supplied; bring your own. Pets are allowed subject to the dangerous-animal restrictions. Final cleaning is mandatory and paid directly to the host on arrival. Electricity is included from 1 June to 30 September; outside that period it is charged at SEK 5/kWh. A baby high chair and cot/crib are available.

A sandy beach is 150 m away. The sea is described as 200 m away, with both sand and rocks. Shops are 7.5 km away, restaurants 7.9 km away, and Kungsbacka town centre 18 km away.
