The house

The wooden house has a bright open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, with large windows overlooking the trees. The lounge has a sofa area, a wood-burning stove and a TV with German cable channels and DK-DR1/TV2. There are four bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and whirlpool bath, a separate toilet, a mezzanine and a utility room. A sauna is also available.

The kitchen includes an electric cooker, refrigerator, cooker hood, 20-litre freezer compartment, coffee brewer, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided. The house is insulated for year-round use and has electric heating, a heat pump, bathroom underfloor heating and air conditioning. One high chair is available; no cot is provided.

The living room opens directly onto a large wooden terrace with lounge furniture, an outdoor dining table, chairs and a parasol. The 1,250 m² natural plot has barbecue facilities and two free on-site parking spaces.

Woodland on the doorstep offers walking, jogging and mountain biking. Lake Rubinsø is nearby for fishing and enjoying nature. A sandy beach and Kultippen nature reserve are a short walk away. Hasle has shops, a harbour, the Hasle Røgeri smokehouse and a harbour swimming spot.
