The house

The house has a spacious living room with a wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom with a shower and toilet. Bedroom 1 and bedroom 3 each offer two sleeping spaces on a sofa bed, mattress or similar; bedroom 2 offers two sleeping spaces in single beds. Built in 1973 and refurbished in 2022, the concrete house has year-round insulation, electric heating and a heat pump.

The kitchen includes hot and cold water, a four-hob electric cooker, refrigerator, cooker hood, 100-litre deep freezer, coffee brewer, microwave and dishwasher. An extra refrigerator and freezer are also available. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, one Smart TV with DK-DR1, indoor games, a washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner and smoke alarm.

The 1,202 m² fenced garden has garden furniture, six sun loungers, a kettle barbecue and a bonfire area. There are open and covered terrace areas and a free on-site carport with two parking spaces.

Gudmindrup Lyng sandy beach is nearby, and the stated distance to a sandy beach and fishing opportunity is 2,700 m. Sommerland Sjælland theme park is a short drive away. Shopping and Højby are 3,500 m away, the nearest restaurant is 2,500 m away and a golf course is 4,000 m away.
