The house

The apartment has three bedrooms, each with a double bed, and two bathrooms with toilets and showers. The larger bathroom also has a two-person whirlpool bath and a sauna. The open-plan kitchen and dining area overlook the fjord and a small bay with a beach.

The kitchen includes an electric cooker, refrigerator, cooker hood, 60-litre freezer, coffee brewer and dishwasher. The living area has a woodburning stove and a Smart TV with cable channels, including DK-DR1/TV2. Wireless internet, a washing machine, tumble dryer and vacuum cleaner are available. The apartment is insulated for year-round use, with central heating and bathroom underfloor heating.

Two large terraces face south and north, with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. There are two free on-site parking spaces. One high chair and one cot are available.

The sea/sandy beach and a fishing opportunity are 10 m away. Shopping and the nearest restaurant are 300 m away, and Gråsten town is 500 m away. A water park, the town and Gråsten Castle are within walking distance. Marked walking and cycling routes, mountain-bike trails and a jogging/fitness track are 10 m away. A golf course is 5.4 km away; padel, bowling and an activity centre are 16 km away.
