## About the house

The cottage has a kitchen/living room with a wood-burning stove, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The first bedroom has single-bed sleeping places for two; the second has bunk-bed sleeping places for four. The stone-built house dates from 1968, was refurbished in 2000 and is partly insulated, with electric heating.

The kitchen has hot and cold water, an electric cooker, refrigerator, cooker hood, 90-litre freezer, coffee brewer, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine and vacuum cleaner are available. Entertainment includes Wi-Fi, a 32-inch television with German satellite channels and DK-DR1, a hi-fi/CD player and a DVD player. One high chair is provided; there are no cots.

Outside are an open terrace, garden furniture, three sun loungers, a barbecue, swing, trampoline, football goal and an outdoor fish-cleaning place. Parking on site is free, and up to two pets are allowed.

Grærup has forest and heath with cycling and walking paths. Grærup fishing lake is within walking distance of the cottage, surrounded by forest and heather-covered dunes. The sandy North Sea beach is 1,000 m away.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Up to two pets are allowed. One child aged up to four years is accommodated free of charge. One high chair is available; no cots are provided.
