## About the house

The wood-and-brick house stands near a forest on a 3,000 m² natural garden site. Built in 2022 and refurbished in 2024, it combines wooden ceilings and partially exposed brickwork with modern furnishings. It accommodates six guests in two bedrooms and a kitchen/living room with additional sleeping space. Each bedroom has a double bed for two; the kitchen/living room has a sofa bed, mattress or similar sleeping arrangement for two. There is a shower bathroom and a separate toilet, both with hot and cold water.

The kitchen has hot and cold water, a four-zone induction hob, oven, refrigerator, 60-litre freezer, cooker hood, microwave, coffee brewer and dishwasher. Indoor facilities include a fireplace, sauna, five-person hot tub, three televisions including Smart TV, indoor games, a hairdryer, washing machine and vacuum cleaner. The house is insulated for year-round use and has central heating, some underfloor heating and two hot/cold air-conditioning units. One cot and one high chair are available.

Outside are a private heated 24 m² pool with a cover, open from May through the end of September, an outdoor shower, a covered terrace, garden furniture and six sun loungers. An outdoor kitchen and brick barbecue are available. The grounds also have a swing, playhouse and slide, and two badminton rackets are provided. Free on-site parking accommodates four vehicles.

Marked hiking trails are 100 m away and a marked 5–10 km cycling trail is 200 m away. Shopping is 1 km away, an activity centre is 2 km away and the nearest restaurant is 10 km away. Krizevci is 18 km away and ZAG airport is 55 km away. Fishing opportunities are 7 km away; an outdoor fish-cleaning place is available at the house. Consumption costs are included.
