The house

The home has two bedrooms: one with a double bed for two and one with two single beds. There is a kitchen/living room and a bathroom with a toilet, shower, and hot and cold water. Built in 1975, the house is insulated for year-round use and has electric heating and a heat pump.

The kitchen has hot and cold water, an electric cooker, refrigerator, cooker hood and coffee brewer. A washing machine and vacuum cleaner are provided. Entertainment includes Wi-Fi, one television with German satellite channels and DK-DR1/TV2, a DVD player and a hi-fi/CD system.

The 1,500 m² natural plot has open and covered terrace space, garden furniture, a barbecue and two sun loungers. A free on-site carport accommodates one vehicle. Up to two pets are permitted, and the house is non-smoking.

A sandy beach and fishing opportunities are 600 m away. A golf course is 5,800 m away, Humble is 7,500 m away, and shopping and the nearest restaurant are 8,000 m away. Langeland offers coastal and Put & Take lake fishing, walking and cycling. Regional outings include traditional wooden-boat cruises lasting 2–6 hours through the archipelago south of Funen, Valdemar’s Castle on Tåsinge and Rudkøbing.
