This older holiday home stands on a sheltered, naturally maintained 1,000 m² plot in a holiday-home area. A large wooden terrace receives midday sun and connects directly to the spacious living room and its small open kitchen.
Sleeping accommodation comprises a bedroom with two single beds, a single bed in the living room, and a double bed in the sunroom, which has its own entrance. The compact bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and shower.
The kitchen includes electric hotplates, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker and a washing machine. The house has a wood-burning stove, electric heating and an air-to-air heat pump. Up to two pets are permitted. Smoking and rentals to youth groups are not allowed.
