The house

This 86 m² wooden holiday home has three bedrooms, a kitchen/living room, a mezzanine sleeping area and one bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hot and cold water. Two bedrooms have double-bed sleeping spaces for two each; the third has a bunk bed with two sleeping spaces. The mezzanine has double-bed sleeping spaces for two. The house was built in 1960 and refurbished in 2008.

Facilities include a sauna, a two-person whirlpool bath, a woodburning stove, Wi-Fi and one flatscreen television with German satellite channels and DK-DR1/TV2. One high chair and one cot are available. The kitchen has hot and cold water, an electric cooker, refrigerator, cooker hood, 30-litre freezer, coffee brewer, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine, tumble dryer and vacuum cleaner are provided.

The house is insulated for year-round use and has electric heating, solar energy, a heat pump and underfloor heating in some areas. Outside, the 2,500 m² natural plot includes a garden, terraces, garden furniture and a barbecue. No sun loungers are provided.

The sandy beach is 200 m away and can be reached on foot. The surrounding wooded natural area offers hiking and cycling, with surfing and fishing in Fjellerup. Shopping and the nearest restaurant are 2 km away; Grenå is 20 km away.
