The house

The holiday home has a combined living and sleeping room with one double bed, upholstered furniture, a flat-screen cable TV and a stereo system. The kitchenette includes an electric hob, refrigerator, 15-litre freezer compartment, hot and cold water, kitchen appliances and a dining area. The small bathroom has a shower and toilet with hot and cold water. The home was refurbished in 2018.

The home stands on a fenced, 1,000 m² recreational plot with other separately situated holiday homes. It has a furnished terrace, barbecue and free on-site parking. Bicycles brought by guests can be stored securely. One cot and one high chair are available on request for small children.

Final cleaning, water and energy consumption are included. Guests can bring bed linen and towels or rent them. Visitor's tax applies in Zinnowitz. There are no heating facilities.

Shopping, the nearest restaurant, marked hiking trails and a marked cycling trail are 200 m away. The Baltic Sea sandy beach is 750 m away, and another sea/sandy-beach swimming location is 700 m away. Zinnowitz has a beach promenade, restaurants, shops, a surfing and sailing school, cycle paths, tennis courts and thermal baths. Its 300 m pier has a diving gondola and boat trips to other seaside resorts. Summer activities include spa and cultural programmes and the Vineta Festival at the open-air theatre.
