## About the house

The 100 m² stone-built holiday home accommodates eight guests in three bedrooms and a kitchen/living room with additional sleeping space. One bedroom has double-bed accommodation for two, and two bedrooms each have single-bed accommodation for two. The kitchen/living room has a sofa bed, mattress or similar sleeping arrangement for two. Both bathrooms have a toilet, hot and cold water and a shower.

The kitchenette has hot and cold water, a gas/electric cooker, refrigerator, cooker hood, coffee percolator, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine, one air-conditioning unit and a satellite TV are provided. Wireless internet is available for a charge, and consumption costs are included.

A large equipped covered veranda provides outdoor dining space. The shared grounds measure 200 m² and include garden furniture, a barbecue and one outdoor shower. No cots, high chairs or sun loungers are provided.

Piscina del Rei sandy beach is 350 m away, and another beach with an entry fee is 450 m away. Costa Rei centre is 2.5 km away, Villasimius is 20 km away and Cagliari is 65 km away. Nearby natural and archaeological sites include Serpentara Island, Cavoli Island, Sette Fratelli Regional Park, the Colostrai and Torre Salinas nature reserves, the Piscina Rei megalithic complexes and the Cuili Piras menhirs.

The home is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Late arrival incurs a Euro 30 charge per accommodation, payable on site. Gallery photographs are sample photographs.
