The house

The wooden holiday home and its annex accommodate four guests, with a double bed sleeping two in the annex bedroom and single-bed sleeping spaces for two in the living room. The bedroom has an outside entrance. There is one bathroom with a shower and toilet. Built in 1900 and refurbished in 2023, the home is insulated for year-round use and has electric heating, a Norwegian wood-burning stove and hot/cold air conditioning.

The kitchen/diner has hot and cold water, a four-ring electric hob and oven, refrigerator, cooker hood, 60-litre freezer and microwave. The living area has a TV. Outside, the open plot has garden furniture, a barbecue and an open terrace, with free on-site parking for two vehicles.

The surrounding area offers hiking and cycling through forests and around lakes. Nearby Lake Värsjö offers fishing and swimming opportunities. Flen and shopping are 2 km away; the nearest restaurant is 10 km away, and a lake is 3 km away.
