The furnished home has three bedrooms, each with a double bed for two, plus a living-room sleeping space described as a sofa bed, mattress or similar for one person. There are two kitchen/dining rooms and three bathrooms: two with showers and one with a bathtub, each with a toilet and hot and cold water.
Kitchen equipment includes four electric hobs, an oven, refrigerator, 60-litre freezer, cooker hood, microwave, coffee brewer and dishwasher. The home also has a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, two televisions, cable TV, Smart TV and wireless internet. Three air-conditioning units, electric heating, a fireplace and year-round insulation are provided. One cot and one high chair are available.
The 700 m² natural plot is open and has garden furniture, four sun loungers and four terraces, two open and two covered. Two on-site parking spaces are free. The stone building dates from 1990 and was refurbished in 2018. Consumption costs are included.
