The furnished home has three bedrooms, each with a double bed for two, plus a living-room sleeping space described as a sofa bed, mattress or similar for one person. There are two kitchen/dining rooms and three bathrooms: two with showers and one with a bathtub, each with a toilet and hot and cold water.

Kitchen equipment includes four electric hobs, an oven, refrigerator, 60-litre freezer, cooker hood, microwave, coffee brewer and dishwasher.
