The kitchenette has hot and cold water, a four-hob electric cooker, refrigerator, cooker hood, 15-litre freezer compartment and dishwasher. A washing machine, wireless internet and one television with cable channels are available. The house has year-round insulation, electric heating and hot/cold air conditioning.
Outside are a private 6 m² garden, an open terrace and garden furniture. Free parking is available nearby. A beach shuttle operates during the summer months. Consumption costs are included.
